We at Randstad are now looking, on behalf of our client, for a driven and competent toolmaker for an exciting and long-term assignment at a leading industrial company in Mölnlycke.

The role of the toolmaker:

In this role, you will have an important function in production. The work is independent and varied, with a strong focus on service, maintenance, and repair of press tools. You will work in a small group where your social skills and engagement are highly valued.

Your main tasks include:

• Service, repair, and maintenance of press tools.
• Manual machining work.
• Use of milling and turning machines.
• Structuring and planning of your daily work.

As you are given great trust to manage your own workday, it is important that you are structured and have a good ability to plan and prioritize.

Responsibilities

This is initially a consultancy assignment via Randstad, with good opportunities for extension or direct employment with the client company in the long run. You will be part of a reputable company that values quality and long-term relationships.

• Working hours (morning):
• Monday – Thursday: 06:45 – 14:45
• Friday: 06:45 – 13:30

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a solid background as a toolmaker who is seeking a long-term position. You have previous experience from workshops and metalworking.

We see that you have experience in:

• Tool manufacturing and press tools.
• Repairs, service, and maintenance in the field.
• Working a lot manually.
• Handling milling and turning machines.

As a person, you are social and enjoy contributing to a positive atmosphere in a smaller group. You are responsible and motivated by seeing your tools maintain the highest quality.
